Please send your flight information (both the flight number and scheduled arrival time) to Ms.Yu Xianghui (xianghuiyu@gmail.com or beijingicmr@gmail.com ) . This is extremely important for us to arrange the guesthouse and to assist you to reach the guesthouse from the Airport.

1. Pick up on Monday, May 11th, 2009
If you fly to Beijing Capital Airport by international flight, after you pick up your luggage and pass the customs declaration check point, you will enter the lobby and see lots of people waiting for their guests. No matter you exit from which door, please always TURN RIGHT, at the end of the welcoming crowd, you will find the people holding the sign of your name.
If you fly to Beijing Capital Airport by domestic flight, when you enter the lobby, please TURN LEFT and walk to the international arrival area to find us.

2. Taxi
The taxi station is outside Exit Door #5. If some person in the lobby asks whether you need taxi, never talk to them as these drivers may charge you more. The cost from the airport to Peking University is about RMB 100~120 Yuan. It will take about 50 minutes from Airport to Peking University. You can provide the following note to the taxi driver:

我去北京大学，请从西门进入学校，然后开到勺园七号楼。

The following description is in Chinese:
1. 机场巴士
机场巴士站在机场大厅11号或13号的门外，票价为每人16元，请选乘从首都机场到中关村的线路，到达终点站后可乘坐出租汽车向西到达北京大学，费用约为20元左右。
2. 宾馆信息
勺园宾馆在北大校内，出租汽车可从北大西门进入，到达勺园7号楼。
3. 从火车站到北大
从北京站和北京西站，到达北京大学，除去出租车外，有如下公共交通换乘方式：
(a) 从北京站坐地铁到达西直门站，换乘808路公交车到北大西门站下车。
(b) 从北京站西坐103路电车到动物园下车，换乘332路或者732路汽车到北大西门站下车。
(c) 从北京西站坐320路汽车到海淀黄庄北站下车，换乘332路或者732路汽车到北大西门站下车。
(d) 从北京西站坐47路公共汽车到终点站海淀桥东站，下车后向前走到达红绿灯后向右拐。
